Landing a great job!

On any given day, thousands upon thousands of men and women will go out into the world and seek their fortune in the form of a new career.

For some, this is an attempt at an upgrade in terms of one of the following: salary, benefits, upside, location, etc. For others it's a foray back into the workforce after some time off, perhaps planned, more often not.

After 18 years in the executive search world, I have seen it all, and so often candidates significantly harm themselves and the process, in a sad variety of ways.

In the coming weeks I will address all the major errors and ideally impact the hiring process in a positive way.
